Privacy Policy
Osmos Robotics, Inc. Last Updated: [Month Day, 2026]
Osmos builds robots that get put to work in the real world — which means we collect real data, and we intend to treat it with the same directness we ask of everything else we build. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through osmosrobotics.com (the "Site"), why, and what control you have over it.
If you're an Operator already running OsmosBot and OsmosPilot in your facility, the data your deployment generates is governed by your Master Services Agreement, not this page — see Section 2.
1. Who We Are
Osmos Robotics, Inc. ("Osmos," "we," "us") is a [Delaware corporation] headquartered in [California, USA], with an engineering subsidiary, Neuralzome Cybernetic Private Limited, based in Bengaluru, India. Osmos is the entity responsible for the data described in this Policy.
Contact: [privacy@osmosrobotics.com]
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy covers:
Visitors to osmosrobotics.com and its subdomains
People who submit an inquiry, investor-interest form, or other message through the SiteGeneral business contacts — press, partners, prospective hires
This Policy does not cover data generated by an active OsmosBot / OsmosPilot deployment on a customer's premises — camera, sensor, telemetry, and behavior-tree data collected in the course of a paid deployment. That's governed by the Master Services Agreement executed with each customer, which sets out retention, processing, and access terms specific to that deployment.
If you're an employee or visitor at a facility using OsmosBot and have questions about what it records, start with the facility operator — informing you is their responsibility, and equipping them to do that honestly is ours.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you give us directly
Contact and investor-interest forms: name, email, fund or company affiliation, and any message you include
Any correspondence you send us by email or otherwise
3.2 Information collected automatically When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect:
IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, general usage patterns
Cookie and similar-technology data (Section 5)
3.3 Information from other sources We may supplement the above with publicly available information (for example, a firm's public investment focus) or aggregate insight from service providers who help us understand Site usage.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information — health data, government ID numbers, precise geolocation — through the Site.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
Respond to inquiries and evaluate investor and partnership interest
Operate, secure, and improve the Site
Understand aggregate usage patterns
Comply with legal obligations
Send updates about Osmos, if you've asked to hear from us
We don't use Site data to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and comparable technologies for core functionality and basic analytics. You can control these through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the Site function. We do not use cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles, and we don't run third-party ad-retargeting on this Site.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do share information with:
Service providers who host the Site, run analytics, or manage our communications — under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions
Osmos affiliates, including our engineering subsidiary in India, where necessary to operate the business
Professional advisors — legal, financial, or otherwise — as neededAuthorities, if required by law or to protect Osmos's rights, users, or the publicA successor entity, if Osmos is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all its assets — you'll be notified if this changes how your data is handled
7. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for — generally the length of an active conversation or relationship, plus a limited period after for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. We delete or de-identify data once that need has passed.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection — if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.
9. International Data Transfers
Osmos operates in the United States with an engineering team in India. Information you provide may be processed in either country, and potentially by service providers elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Your Privacy Rights
California residents Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there's no opt-out to action there. Exercise these rights by contacting [privacy@osmosrobotics.com]; we'll verify your request using the information available to us before acting on it.
Other jurisdictions If you're located somewhere with its own data protection framework — the EU/UK GDPR, for example — we extend comparable rights on request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to processing. Contact us at the address above and we'll respond within the timeframe applicable law requires.
Authorized agents You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is directed at businesses, investors, and adults evaluating Osmos. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites — a portfolio page, a press mention, a partner's site. We don't control those sites, and this Policy doesn't apply to them. Check their own privacy practices before sharing information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page as Osmos, and the way we handle data, evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above; where required by law, we'll provide additional notice.
