Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of osmosrobotics.com (the "Site"). Read them the way we'd want an Operator to read a deployment agreement — once, carefully, so nothing about the relationship is a surprise later.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Who These Terms Are Between

These Terms are between you and Osmos Robotics, Inc. ("Osmos," "we," "us"), a [Delaware corporation] headquartered in [California, USA].

2. Scope

These Terms cover your use of the Site — browsing, submitting forms, and any content we publish here. They do not cover:

The purchase, lease, or deployment of OsmosBot or OsmosPilot, which is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement executed directly with a customerAny separate written agreement — an NDA, an investment document, an employment agreement — that you've signed with Osmos, which controls over these Terms for its subject matter

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and have authority to bind whatever organization you represent, to use this Site on its behalf.

4. No Offer of Securities

Osmos is currently raising capital. Nothing on this Site is, or should be read as, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offer or sale of Osmos securities will be made only through definitive offering documents, and only to investors who meet applicable eligibility requirements (for example, accredited investor status under Regulation D of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended). Submitting an inquiry or interest form through this Site does not obligate Osmos to accept any investment, and creates no binding commitment of any kind.

5. Forward-Looking Statements

This Site may describe our product roadmap, technology, market opportunity, and business performance — including traction figures, letters of intent, and revenue. These are forward-looking statements, or figures current as of the date stated. They reflect our expectations, not guarantees, and actual outcomes may differ materially. Don't make a decision — investment or otherwise — based solely on statements made here.

6. Intellectual Property

Osmos Robotics, OsmosBot, OsmosPilot, "Teach. Assign. Deploy.," and our other names, logos, and marks are the property of Osmos. The Site's text, design, video, and other content are owned by Osmos or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

7. Content You Submit

If you submit a message, inquiry, or other content through the Site, you confirm it's yours to share, and you grant Osmos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to respond to you and operate our business. Don't send confidential or proprietary information through a contact form — it isn't the right channel, and we won't treat it as confidential unless we've separately agreed to.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its systems
Interfere with the Site's operation — scraping at scale, denial-of-service attempts, introducing malware
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form
Use the Site to build a competing product or service

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, their content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osmos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed [$100].

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Osmos harmless from any claim, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County], California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site and business evolve. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Check the "Last Updated" date above.

15. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice — for instance, if we believe you've violated these Terms.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Osmos regarding the Site.
